Madrid snacking

I had never traveled to Spain, except one short trip to pays Basque, and since I have friends who moved to Madrid I paid them a visit.

I was amazed by the Spanish tapas culture, these guys sure know about street snacking!

Shrimps a la plancha at La Casa del Abuelo (C/ Victoria, 12)

Pimientos del padron
in some cool roof restaurant with a great view of the city (I forgot the address)

Sardinas
in popular eatery next to the flea market

Funny looking sandwiches in take-away place next to the flea market

And last but not least, the Embutidos : Jamon, Chorizo, Salchichon, Sobrasada, Morcilla... (only indulge yourself with the Iberico kind).
